Studying abroad at National University is a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Due to the flexible one-course-per-month format, students have the opportunity to choose their start date, course schedule, and length of term. Start your studies each month of the year and complete between one and 12 courses during your semester abroad.
Most students choose to take four courses during their semester abroad in order to achieve the often required 30 ECTS (7.5 ECTS per course). Students also have the option to complete more or fewer courses. A semester abroad is generally possible at the bachelor’s as well as the master’s level. After completing your studies abroad, you will receive an official Transcript of Records from National University where you can review your examinations. The acquired credits will then – depending on the agreement with the home university – count into your current course of studies.
Students can freely choose National University courses from five different subject areas. An overview of courses and their contents as well as their prerequisites can be found in our download section. Students must make sure that their home university agrees with the choice of courses through a learning agreement. Students may also select non-specialist courses if the home university agrees. Courses are taught within four weeks and completed with a final exam at the end of each month. New month – new course!
National University's MBA program connects the conceptual understanding and application of qualitative and quantitative decision-making as well as creative problem-solving strategies across different industries.
