Travelling has always been a huge part of my life and I love to get to know different countries and cultures whenever I have the time to do so. During school I took part in various student exchanges (to Finland) and participated in language schools in England and Ecuador to improve my knowledge in these languages. This passion was only extended during my studies at university.<\/p>\n

During my Bachelor\u2019s degree in \u201cInternational Business and Cultural Studies\u201d I spent 6 months in London where I was working in an incoming travel agency as an intern. Doing my Master\u2019s degree in \u201cNorth American Studies\u201d I was able to spend one semester abroad in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I travelled the Southern states and gained unforgettable experiences there. <\/p>\n

Studying North American Studies as master\u2019s degree at the University of Bonn, the destination for my second semester abroad was obviously North America, in detail the Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge. Living and studying in the southern states of the US was really an unforgettable experience for me. I got to know lots of nice people, learned very much about the African American history and had the chance to travel a lot during and after the semester. <\/p>\n

All of my stays abroad have had a lasting effect on me and my life and I definitely do not want to miss any of these experiences.
