ICMS On-Campus Living in Manly
<\/strong><\/h2>\n

During your study abroad semester in Australia you have the option to live on the impressive ICMS campus. Even Jay Gatsby, better known as Leonardo DiCaprio, has visited the ICMS castle to shoot his movie “The Great Gatsby”. On-Campus, you will live together with other international students and get to know them better.<\/p>\n

Equipment On-Campus<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Campus-based students enjoy a fantastic lifestyle with all meals included, wireless internet, 24-hour access to computer labs, and the luxury of staying close to class and, of course, the world-famous Manly Beach. The rooms are equipped with a bed, desk, wardrobe and Wi-Fi. The bed linen is provided and the rooms cleaned and vacuumed once a week by cleaning personnel.<\/p>\n

Each floor is equipped with a kitchenette, shared showers, washrooms and ironing facilities. In addition, there is an ICMS student on each floor working as residential assistant, who will gladly help with any problems concerning the accommodation.
You can choose between a single, double, twin, triple or quad room, depending on your budget, location and availability. Shared rooms are same-sex and often shared by people from different cultural backgrounds. On campus, accommodation is very popular and places fill up quickly. Therefore, we recommended that you apply for a place for on-campus housing as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Room Types in the residence hall on campus<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You can choose between a single, twin, triple or quadruple room, depending on your budget, location and availability. Shared rooms are always occupied by students of the same sex, whereby the allocation of roommates is random. The aim is to create a living situation that is as culturally diverse as possible. Places in halls of residence on the ICMS campus are highly sought-after and places fill up quickly each semester. We therefore recommend that students apply for a place in a hall of residence as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Living On-Campus – Application<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Off Campus Accommodation – Claremount Beach House<\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

If you’d rather live right in the heart of Manly, then the ICMS Claremount Beach House is ideal.<\/span> The ICMS off-campus accommodation has been newly renovated by ICMS and is only minutes away from the world-famous Manly Beach and the ferry terminal.<\/span> It offers you plenty of space to study and chill out in one of the lounges, the kitchen or one of the four courtyards.<\/span> The property offers single and double rooms for girls.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
