My name is Maya Zeissler and I look forward to supporting you in your adventure abroad!

Ever since I was little, I have loved traveling, gaining international experience, discovering new places, and exploring new cultures. When I was 16, I spent six months at a high school in Vancouver, Canada and lived with a host family during that time. Ever since, my passion for travelling increased even more, and during my bachelor's degree, I spent a semester abroad at ICMS in Australia, where I returned two years later for my master's degree. Frequent trips to the USA raised my interest about the study and travel opportunities there, which is why I am very excited to now be accompanying students on their journey to studying at University of North Carolina, Wilmington (UNCW)!

I am very happy and grateful for all the experiences I have gained abroad, from living with a host family to pursuing a master's degree on the other side of the world. This has not only allowed me to further grow personally and professionally, but also to create countless international contacts and friendships that continue to enrich my life till this day!
