Dear future UNCW student,

Great to see that you are interested in studying at UNCW – I can promise you that it will be the best 4-5 months of your life.

My name is Theresa, I am 23 years old and I was able to study at UNCW in Wilmington in 2019 as part of a semester abroad. In Germany I am a student in international management and organization in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. In the US, I also took business classes. However, there are a ton of other courses I could have chosen. I attended four courses in total. The best was MGT 456 Training & Development, because the whole group worked on the learning content and it was never a classic lecture as we know it in Germany.

At UNCW, I loved the campus because everything can be reached on foot within minimal distance. In addition, it is beautiful and corresponds to everything you know from US films. But Wilmington, known from many films such as B. Save Haven, is definitely worth a visit. Not only is the proximity to the beach is a huge plus, but also the opportunity to experience various activities during your time at UNCW. I am happy to answer any questions you might have about life on campus and I hope you will have as great a time as I did! . Feel free to contact me by email.

Theresa
