International College of Management, Sydney

Our ICMS Ambassadors introduce themselves:

Hi, my name is Sarah. I‘m studying International Business Administration at BSP in Hamburg and had the opportunity to spend not just one, but two semesters at ICMS in Sydney.

In August 2024, I took off to Australia for what became one of the best experiences. From day one, I was amazed by the stunning ICMS campus overlooking the ocean, the welcoming community, and the easygoing lifestyle in Manly. It didn‘t take long until ICMS felt like home.

I love how much the Australian lifestyle keeps you active, whether it‘s surfing, pilates, coastal runs, or simply spending time outdoors. There are endless ways to spend time outside.

During my time at ICMS, I completed two trimesters on campus and an internship in Marketing & PR at Christian Dior Couture, which gave me exciting insights into the world of luxury fashion. I enjoyed the mix of hands-on projects and inspiring lectures. Sydney‘s energy and friendships with people from all over the world turned my time abroad into something unforgettable.

If you‘re curious about life at ICMS or thinking about starting your own Australian adventure, this is your sign to do it! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! I‘d love to share my experience and help you make the most of it :)

ICMS Ambassador 2025

Hi, my name is Alexi. I recently graduated from AMOS Sport Business School in France. As part of my master‘s degree in Sports Management, I had the opportunity to spend from January 2025 to August 2025 my final exchange program at the International College of Management Sydney, studying in Event, an incredible experience for seven months that perfectly wrapped up my studies. Thanks to this incredible experience, I now have the chance to work for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games.

What I loved most at ICMS was having lecturers who came directly from the industry. All of them had active careers or significant experience in event management, which made every class truly engaging. Thanks to them, we also had the chance to take part in real events around Sydney and apply what we learned in class straight into practice, an incredible way to learn.

On a personal and cultural level, studying in Australia was one of the most enriching experiences of my life. Moving to the other side of the world, living on campus, and immersing myself in a new culture was just unforgettable. The Australian lifestyle full of sport, energy, with a great work-life balance completely won me over.

If I could give one piece of advice to future students, it would be: go for it! An exchange like this truly opens your mind, helps you grow both personally and professionally, and gives you memories that will stay with you forever.
